Within the scope of its mission as a national preventive mechanism, HREIT delegation paid a joint visit to Kocaeli Köseköy Care, Rehabilitation and Family Counselling Centre on 8/11/2023 with Kocaeli Bar Association. 

During the visit, firstly, information was obtained by meeting with the centre authorities and then the accommodation conditions of the centre and the treatment of the residents were examined in the context of national and international standards. A report containing the findings, observations and recommendations regarding the examinations made during the visit will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and the public.
