The Delegation of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye headed by the Board Member Atty. Erol Gökdöl conducted an unannounced visit to Bartın Closed Penal Institution on April 9-10 2026, within the scope of its National Preventive Mechanism mandate.
Following the institution visit, a courtesy visit was paid by our Board Member Atty. Erol Gökdöl to the Governor of Bartın, Dr. Nurtaç Arslan and the Chief Public Prosecutor of Bartın, Ahmet Rüfai Şahin.
