Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye delegation consisting of Board Member Mehmet Altuntaş and Mehmet Emin Genç, Judge Mustafa Coşar, Expert Ezgi Kaşkaval Okyay and Social Services Expert Şeyma Gündür visited Ümitköy Nursing Home, Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center on May 16, 2019 within the context of National Preventive Mechanism mandate and made inspections.
Within the scope of the visit, the delegation first met with the administration of the Center and gave them information about the Institution and National Preventive Mechanism. Then, the delegation met with the residents of Nursing Home, Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center and made observations and inspections.
