Second Day Training Held for Governorship Staff and Provincial Human Rights Board Members


The second day module of the Human Rights Training Program was held in cooperation with our Institution and Maltepe University and benefited by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Health.

In the event, which was held with the participation of the staff working in the governorships in 81 provinces and the members of the Provincial Human Rights Board, Assoc. Dr. Neşe Şahin Taşgın from Maltepe University Human Rights Research and Application Center, made a presentation on The Role of Human Rights Boards in Social Services; Hacettepe University Human Rights and Philosophy Application and Research Center Director Prof. Dr. Harun Tepe, made a presentation on State and State Based on Human Rights; Kırıkkale University Faculty of Law, Assistant Professor Dr. Cengiz Arıkan made a presentation on Provincial and District Human Rights Boards Legislation and Duties and Authorities; Our Institution’s Expert on Human Rights and Equality Özlem Demir Yazar made a presentation on the subject of Observing Disadvantaged Groups in the Delivery of Public Services.
