The HREIT Delegation conducted unannounced visit to Sivas 4 Eylül Children’s Homes Site as part of its National Preventive Mechanism mandate on July 3, 2024. 

During the visit, information was first obtained from the authority of the institution. Afterwards the delegation made observations and examinations by interviewing those who are staying in the institution and the personnel in charge. 

As a result of visit and interviews, a report containing the findings and recommendations regarding the examinations will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and public.
