Training on Human Rights and Migration


Training on Human Rights and Migration for our Institution personnel was carried out by Ankara Programme Office of Council of Europe, on 23rd and 24th June 2022 in Ankara.

The training that was executed within Project on Strengthening Protection of Migrants and Victims of Human Trafficking in terms of Human Rights, has started with opening speech of Alparslan Öğüt, Vice Chairman of our Institution.

Within the training, programme presentations was made on National and International Legal Framework Aimed at Migrants; Prohibition of Torture, Degrading and Inhuman Treatment or Punishment; Principle of Non-Refoulement; Right to Freedom and Security; Administrative Detention Conditions; Expulsion and Administrative Detention in Implementation of Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection; Privacy and Protection of Family within Migration topics.
