The Delegation of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye headed by the Board Member Tayyip Uçar conducted an unannounced visit to Amasya E-Type Closed Penal Institution on March 24-25, 2026, by a delegation from the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye, headed by Board Member Tayyip Uçar, within the scope of its National Preventive Mechanism mandate.
​Following the institution visit, a courtesy visit was paid by our Board Member Tayyip Uçar to the Governor of Amasya, Önder Bakan, and the 15th Infantry Training Brigade Commander, Brigadier General Kemal Çakıroğlu.
