The Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye Delegation, conducted an unannounced visit to Kayseri Pınarbaşı District Gendarmerie Command as part of its National Preventive Mechanism mandate on 2 of September 2025. During the visit, information was first obtained from the authority of the institution. Afterwards the delegation made observations and examinations. As a result of the visit a report containing the findings and recommendations regarding the examinations will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and the public.
