Assistant Expert on Human Rights and Equality Celal Araz attended the first Executive Board Meeting of the Project of Supporting the Effective Implementation of the Provisions of the Turkish Constitutional Court in the Field of Human Rights initiated by the Ankara Office of the Council of Europe.
