The HREIT Delegation conducted an unannounced visit to Kars Nursing Home, Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center as part of its national preventive mechanism mandate on 16.06.2025.
During the visit, information was first obtained from the authority of the institution. Afterwards the delegation made observations and examinations by interviewing those who are staying in the institution an the personnel in charge. 
As a result of the visit and interviews, a report containing the findings and recommendations will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and the public.
