The HREIT Delegation, headed by the Board Member Muhammet Ecevit CARTİ, conducted an unannounced follow-up visit to Siirt Disabled Care, Rehabilitation and Family Counseling Center as part of its national preventive mechanism mandate on May 12, 2025. 
During the visit, information was first obtained from the authority of the institution. Afterwards the delegation made observations and examinations by interviewing residents and the personnel in charge. 
As a result of the visit and interviews, a report containing the findings and recommendations regarding the examinations will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and the public.
