HREIT President Vasip Şahin and HREIT Deputy President Muhammet Ecevit Carti participated to International Ombudsman Summit with the theme of "Human Rights in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities, Risks, and Responsibilities" held at the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku.
During the sessions held within the scope of the summit, ideas were exchanged regarding addressing opportunities and risks posed by artificial intelligence technologies in the field of human rights, sharing responsibilities at the international level and improving cooperation. 
President of HREIT, Mr. Şahin shared his assessments with the participants regarding the reflections of artificial intelligence applications on working life in digital transformation process, their effects on employment policies, and the new areas of responsibilities that may arise from a human rights perspective in a presentation titled "Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Labor Market and Employment."
