President of Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye (HREIT), Vasip Şahin and the accompanying delegation visited the Fahri Hıyaban (Alley of Honor) and the Baku Turkish Martyrs' Cemetery, and laid carnations at the monument and the symbolic graves of the martyrs within the scope of the program at Baku.
