President of Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye (HREIT), Vasip Şahin met with the Executive Director of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC), Dr. Hadi bin Ali Al-Yami.
During the meeting, relationship between the HREIT and IPHRC, as well as the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two institutions in 2021, opportunities for joint activities, and the restructuring of the IPHRC's relations with national human rights policies were discussed.
