HREIT delegation made an unannounced visit to the Directorate of Gaziantep Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center on 21/11/2023 within the scope of national preventive mechanism mandate. During the visit, firstly, information was obtained by meeting with the centre authorities and then the accommodation conditions of the centre and the treatment of the residents were examined in the context of national and international standards. A report containing the findings, observations and recommendations regarding the examinations made during the visit will be prepared and shared with the relevant institutions and the public.
